Fa unes setmanes els alumnes de cinqu\u00e8 vam anar al roc\u00f2drom del Piri, a Vilassar de Mar. Ens vam distribuir en grups de 12 o 13 alumnes. Primer de tot el monitor ens va fer una petita xerrada introduint aquest esport. Tot seguit vam passar a fer exercicis d’escalfament i estiraments dels principals m\u00fasculs que hi participen. Finalment, la resta del temps vam dedicar-ho a escalar. Vam fer una s\u00e8rie de jocs tradicionals, per\u00f2 modificats per tal de poder realitzar-los al roc\u00f2drom. Aquests van ser la peste alta, el mocador i buscar tresors, que estaven amagats per les preses. Va ser molt divertit i interessant.<\/p>\n
