Com diu el nostre projecte educatiu, entenem l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 com un moment que ha de contribuir a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoure l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular la nostra pr\u00e0ctica com a docents a partir d\u2019identificar la naturalesa de les dificultats que vagin apareixent<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir (no nom\u00e9s \u201cinformar\u201d) amb les fam\u00edlies el progr\u00e9s dels seus fills i les accions que es duen a terme, tant des de l\u2019escola com des de casa, per ajudar-los en el seu aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per\u00f2&#8230; qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la carpeta d&#8217;aprenentatge?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La carpeta d\u2019aprenentatge \u00e9s una eina d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa. En ella es recullen activitats o documents que evidencien el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge de l\u2019alumne.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la carpeta d&#8217;aprenentatge l&#8217;alumne recull activitats, els objectius (qu\u00e8 havia de fer i com) i les reflexions sobre el que encara no sap prou b\u00e9, qu\u00e8 far\u00e0 per revisar els errors i qu\u00e8 va millorant a mesura que avan\u00e7a en el coneixement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17701 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-escoladelmar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu183\/2022\/05\/CA3-300x220.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-escoladelmar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu183\/2022\/05\/CA3-300x220.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-escoladelmar\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu183\/2022\/05\/CA3.png 578w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest curs, a la nostra escola, hem engegat la carpeta d&#8217;aprenentatge centrada en l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 escrita de l\u2019\u00e0mbit ling\u00fc\u00edstic. Ja fa uns quants cursos que a\u00a0 l\u2019\u00e0mbit ling\u00fc\u00edstic treballem l\u2019expressi\u00f3 escrita, al llarg de tota l\u2019etapa, mitjan\u00e7ant un taller de textos . El taller de textos \u00e9s una planificaci\u00f3 lineal, des de 3r fins a 6\u00e8, en la qual s\u2019elaboren les diferents tipologies textuals, en les tres lleng\u00fces, catal\u00e0, castell\u00e0 i angl\u00e8s, seguint tots una mateixa metodologia i intentant que tots els textos estiguin vinculats en alguna de les unitats did\u00e0ctiques de les altres \u00e0rees.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important que els alumnes s\u00e0piguen pr\u00e8viament el que es vol aconseguir per poder treballar amb un objectiu clar i espec\u00edfic. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s imprescindible fer una reflexi\u00f3 de com ha anat el proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de la seva tasca (qu\u00e8 no sabia fer i qu\u00e8 he apr\u00e8s?). D\u2019aquesta manera l\u2019infant pot revisar els seus errors per tal de poder corregir-los.
