Els nostres monitors, en V\u00edctor i en Carlos, han estat molt amables i ens han ensenyat a tenir confian\u00e7a a l&#8217;aigua. Hem apr\u00e8s moltes coses perque a m\u00e9s de la t\u00e8cnica de la nataci\u00f3 ens han ensenyat a controlar la nostra respiraci\u00f3 i la postura.
