{"id":4221,"date":"2023-04-27T15:01:20","date_gmt":"2023-04-27T13:01:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-elturo-masquefa\/?p=4221"},"modified":"2023-05-02T11:30:41","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T09:30:41","slug":"tallers-a-5e-setmana-de-la-salut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-elturo-masquefa\/portada\/tallers-a-5e-setmana-de-la-salut\/","title":{"rendered":"TALLERS SOBRE SALUT:  Alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, higiene postural i protecci\u00f3 solar a 5\u00e8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aquesta setmana els alumnes de 5\u00e8 hem realitzat tres tallers relacionats amb la salut: un d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, un altre d&#8217;higiene postural i el darrer de protecci\u00f3 solar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tots tres ens han servit per adonar-nos de la necessitat de cuidar l&#8217;interior i l&#8217;exterior del nostre cos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ens han explicat la import\u00e0ncia de tenir una alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada i saludable. Ens han parlat de creences i mites erronis sobre els aliments. Tamb\u00e9 ens han dit com fomentar h\u00e0bits posturals correctes i com n&#8217;\u00e9s d&#8217;important protegir-nos de la radiaci\u00f3 solar.<\/p>\n<p>Un reguitzell d&#8217;indicacions que ens poden ajudar a mantenir-nos sans.<\/p>\n<p>Hem gaudit de tots els tallers i els hem trobat molt interessants.<\/p>\n\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\"
