Per tal de posar en pr\u00e0ctica i consolidar els aprenentatges hem estat observant i manipulant una cuixa de pollastre. Hem pogut observar els tendons que uneixen els m\u00fasculs i els \u00f3ssos, els lligament que subjecten un \u00f3s amb l\u2019altre, els cart\u00edlags que eviten el desgast de l\u2019\u00f3s i fins hi tot hem trencat un \u00f3s per veure com era per dins.
