Aquesta sortida culminava les activitats relacionades amb el Projecte Interdisciplinari de la ZER: Els Jocs Ol\u00edmpics. Per aquest motiu, vam anar a les Pistes d\u2019Atletisme d\u2019Arbeca, un espai equipat que permet organitzar proves atl\u00e8tiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al mat\u00ed, despr\u00e9s de fer grups, vam fer proves com:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Relleus<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt de llargada<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt d\u2019al\u00e7ada\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Petanca<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llan\u00e7ament de javelina<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llan\u00e7ament de martell<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llan\u00e7ament de disc<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resist\u00e8ncia amb guia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goalball<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100m llisos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va ser genial!!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A migdia, vam pujar fins al castell d\u2019Arbeca a dinar i vam tenir una bona estona per descansar i jugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la tarda ens va visitar la Seti, la mascota dels Jocs Ol\u00edmpics de la ZER, i vam poder ballar amb ella la seva can\u00e7\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalment vam repartir les medalles. Tots i totes en vam tenir una!<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als m\u00e9s carism\u00e0tics durant les olimp\u00edades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als m\u00e9s incansables en les proves de resist\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als m\u00e9s respectuosos durant la competici\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als m\u00e9s \u00e0gils ens les proves de salts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als m\u00e9s precisos en els llan\u00e7aments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un dia rod\u00f3 ple d\u2019esportivitat!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dimecres dia 14 de maig vam anar d\u2019excursi\u00f3 a Arbeca.
