{"id":3660,"date":"2021-04-19T18:00:12","date_gmt":"2021-04-19T16:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-dolorsalmeda-cornella\/?p=3660"},"modified":"2021-04-19T18:01:52","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T16:01:52","slug":"juguem-a-expressar-les-nostres-emocions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-dolorsalmeda-cornella\/general\/juguem-a-expressar-les-nostres-emocions\/","title":{"rendered":"Juguem a expressar les nostres emocions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant aquests dies els nens i les nenes de prim\u00e0ria han gaudit d&#8217;un taller organitzat per <em>l&#8217;AMPA<\/em> Dolors Almeda basat en l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 de les emocions\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s del joc i condu\u00eft per tres professionals de l&#8217;equip de coaches del grup CIEF.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;objectiu principal de les sessions \u00e9s treballar l&#8217;autoconeixement, \u00e9s a dir, aprendre a identificar les emocions i a expressar els seus estats d&#8217;\u00e0nim.
