Joan Petit Nens amb C\u00e0ncer \u00e9s el nom que agafa la Fundaci\u00f3 arrel de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;uns pares amb el c\u00e0ncer del seu fill petit. En Joan era un nen al qui li agradava jugar a hoquei patins, tal i com feia el seu pare.
