{"id":9610,"date":"2024-02-28T20:29:25","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T19:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-camidelmig\/?p=9610"},"modified":"2024-02-28T20:30:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-28T19:30:35","slug":"viatge-de-la-salut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-camidelmig\/general\/viatge-de-la-salut\/","title":{"rendered":"VIATGE DE LA SALUT!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l&#8217;escola duem a terme\u00a0 el Programa SI!, que\u00a0 pretenem que els nens aprenguin a mantenir h\u00e0bits de vida saludables i facilitar-los les habilitats necess\u00e0ries que els permetin actuar positivament respecte a la seva salut, durant tota la vida.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activitat \u201cViatge de la salut\u201d, que es duu a terme en diferents escoles de Matar\u00f3 amb els alumnes d&#8217;I5 que participen del programa Salut Integral (SI!) liderat pel doctor Valent\u00ed Fuster de la Fundaci\u00f3 SHE (Science, Health and Education), ja s\u2019ha posat en marxa.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius\u00a0 d&#8217;aquesta activitat \u00e9s\u00a0 promoure una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, activitat f\u00edsica, el coneixement del cos i del cor aix\u00ed com la prevenci\u00f3 de les addiccions. El &#8220;Viatge de la salut&#8221; fomenta la interrelaci\u00f3 entre alumnes i professorat dels centres educatius participants.<\/p>\n<p>El passat dimecres 21 de Febrer ens va visitar l&#8217;escola Josep Montserrat i vam duu a terme una gimcana cooperativa que havien preparat els alumnes de cinqu\u00e8 de la\u00a0 nostre escola i per equips base vam anar passant per les diferents proves. Un cop vam acabar va apar\u00e8ixer el Cardio i tots junts vam ballar al can\u00e7\u00f3 de Moving. I per acabar vam esmorzar tots junts unes brotxetes de fruita.<\/p>\n<p>Vam passar un mati molt divertit i va ser una experi\u00e8ncia molt agradable i positiva.<\/p>\n<p>CLIQUEU A LA IMATGE PER VEURE
