1st and 2nd graders went to the theatre to see a very fun play in English: ‘Georgina and the Dragon.’ The play is a version of the legend of Sant Jordi. As is well known, April is a significant month in Catalonia because we celebrate Saint George on April 23rd, but also because this day is International Book Day. This day highlights the importance of literature and promotes reading across all ages. So, let’s start enjoying the month of books that has just begun!!<\/p>\n

Els alumnes de primer i segon curs han anat al teatre a veure una obra molt divertida en angl\u00e8s: ‘Georgina i el drac.’ L’obra \u00e9s una versi\u00f3 de la llegenda de Sant Jordi. Com \u00e9s ben sabut, abril \u00e9s un mes important a Catalunya perqu\u00e8 celebrem Sant Jordi el 23 d’abril, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 aquest dia \u00e9s el Dia Internacional del Llibre. Aquest dia destaca la import\u00e0ncia de la literatura i fomenta la lectura a totes les edats.
