L&#8217;acrosport \u00e9s un esport acrob\u00e0tic-coreogr\u00e0fic que integra tres elements fonamentals: formaci\u00f3 de figures o pir\u00e0mides corporals, acrob\u00e0cies i elements de for\u00e7a i flexibilitat, a <span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">m\u00e9s d&#8217;equilibris i transicions entre figures. T\u00e9 elements de dansa, salts i cabrioles <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">gimn\u00e0stiques com a component coreogr\u00e0fic, que li atorguen el grau d&#8217;art\u00edstic. Hem dedicat moltes sessions al treball i ara, que est\u00e0vem a punt de fer &#8220;la posada en escena&#8221;, hem hagut de fer aquest confinament necessari.
