L’alumnat de P4 hem fet un taller sobre h\u00e0bits d’higiene que s’anomena “Em cuido, em sento a gust”.\u00a0 La C\u00e8lia ens ha explicat com ens hem de rentar les mans i les vegades que ho hem de fer al dia, en quines zones i coses s’acumulen m\u00e9s brut\u00edcia (de l’escola, de la roba, del nostre cos…),\u00a0 com ens hem de dutxar, rentar les dents… A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, ens han explicat que \u00e9s molt important el descans a la nit i qu\u00e8 hem de fer per aconseguir un ambient tranquil l’estona abans d’anar a dormir.<\/p>\n

Finalment, despr\u00e9s d’aprendre moltes coses sobre h\u00e0bits saludables, hem fet PASTA DE DENTS per casa! Ha sigut s\u00faper emocionant i molt divertit.<\/p>\n

L’alumnat de P6 hem fet un taller sobre l’alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i els tipus d’aliments anomenat “menjo b\u00e9, em sento b\u00e9!”.<\/p>\n

La C\u00e8lia ens ha explicat quins tipus d’aliments s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s saludables i com classificar-los (energ\u00e8tics, aliments buits, reguladors i constructors). Hem apr\u00e8s a seleccionar els aliments per a que fem una bona dieta i alimentaci\u00f3. Per acabar, vam fer un joc on hav\u00edem d’assignar cada aliment a la seva capsa corresponent.
