Ens ha visitat <b>l\u2019alegria<\/b> I la <b>tristesa<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c9s important que els alumnes tinguin la capacitat de recon\u00e8ixer els seus propis sentiments i els dels altres. Han d\u2019aprendre a pensar abans d\u2019actuar, a saber controlar-se i a saber adaptar-se a les diferents situacions amb qu\u00e8 es poden trobar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El treball de les emocions ajuda als alumnes en la concentraci\u00f3, la motivaci\u00f3, la percepci\u00f3 i a ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os.
