La llimona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La llimona es el fruit de la llimonera i el camp plantat de llimoneres \u00e9s el llimonerar. La llimona porta molta vitamina C i ajuda molt a les nostres defenses. Les millors llimones les trobem de novembre a juny.<\/p>\n<p>Si us agrada el dol\u00e7 i al mateix temps voleu menjar saludable, seguiu aquesta recepta:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per 6 persones<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Temps:\u00a0<\/strong>1 hora<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 3 ous<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 1 iogurt de llimona (farem servir l\u2019env\u00e0s de mesura)<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 2 gots\u00a0 de sucre<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 1 got d\u2019oli de girasol<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 El suc i la ratlladura d\u2019una llimona<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 3 gots de farina sense gluten<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 1 sobre de llevat<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 Sucre per espolvorejar<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 1 llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAS 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Es prepara un motlle de silicona, si no el t\u00e9ns, prepara un motlle rod\u00f3 de 25 cm untat amb oli i espolsat amb farina.<br \/>\n<strong>PAS 2:<\/strong>\u00a0En un bol s\u2019hi posen els ous i s\u2019hi barreja el sucre, tot remenant-ho.<br \/>\n<strong>PAS 3:<\/strong> S\u2019hi afegeixen el iogurt, l\u2019oli. Despr\u00e9s s\u2019hi posa la ratlladura de llimona, el suc de la llimona, la farina i el llevat, i es remena fins que la pasta \u00e9s fina.<br \/>\n<strong>PAS 4:<\/strong>\u00a0S\u2019aboca tot al motlle i es cou al forn, previament calentat, a 160\u00ba, durant 50 minunts. El treiem en calent i s\u2019espolsa amb el sucre.<br \/>\nSi vols saber si est\u00e0 al punt, punxa\u2019l amb una agulla de ganxet. Si surt neta es que ja est\u00e0 cuit.
