Aquesta actuaci\u00f3 forma part del nostre <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>model dial\u00f2gic de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/span>. Els objectius s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potenciar les actituds valentes que impliquen denunciar i informar de les situacions de viol\u00e8ncia<br \/>\nque passen al nostre voltant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promoure el posicionament a favor de les v\u00edctimes i el suport a aquestes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Promoure actituds de rebuig davant de situacions de viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reflexionar al voltant d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies efectives que serveixin per a frenar aquelles persones que<br \/>\nexerceixen viol\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguint el <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>conte<\/strong><\/span> de Bego\u00f1a Ibarrola, <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>EL CLUB DELS VALENTS<\/strong><\/span>, treballem l&#8217;<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>enfrontament positiu dels conflictes<\/strong><\/span>. Els conflictes s\u00f3n part inherent de les interaccions humanes. \u00c9s a dir, sempre que un grup de persones estan juntes hi ha conflictes. Quan parlem d&#8217;agressions, no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s agressions f\u00edsiques, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9, agressions verbals, deixar de costat a un company\/a&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recolzen i defensem a la v\u00edctima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fem l&#8217;escut.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Com s&#8217;inicia el Club del Valents?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>1r.<\/strong><\/span> Vam fer una <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>assemblea a l&#8217;aula<\/strong> <\/span>amb l&#8217;alumnat on es va <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">dialogar<\/span><\/strong> sobre:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Fets que ocorren al nostre centre (classe, pati, files, lavabos\u2026). Especialment, maneres de tractar-nos que ens fan sentir inc\u00f2modes o que ens desagraden. Per exemple, que em donguin una empenta, que es <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">burlin de mi, que m\u2019insultin per ser d\u2019un altre pa\u00eds, que se&#8217;n riguin perqu\u00e8 em costa llegir, etc.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Ens vam plantejar qu\u00e8 podem fer nosaltres perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 no passi i, a continuaci\u00f3, vam llegir el conte <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El club dels valents.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Despr\u00e9s vam <strong>dialogar al voltant del que \u00e9s ser valent<\/strong>. Hem d&#8217;intentar potenciar la idea que aquelles <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">persones que trenquen el silenci s\u00f3n valentes i no delatores. Es posa especial \u00e8mfasi a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">desvirtuar el qualificatiu de \u201cxivato\/a\u201d.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Es fa la <strong>proposta d\u2019organitzar a classe un club de valents<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 s\u2019inclour\u00e0 tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>2n.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es va organitzar una <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>assemblea <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">on hi van participar<\/span><strong> fam\u00edlies, mestres i alumnat<\/strong><\/span> dels diferents nivells per escollir la norma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>\u00a0&#8220;No facis a ning\u00fa el que no vulguis que et facin a tu. Respecta, defensa pac\u00edficament i amb el di\u00e0leg ajuda a tothom.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>3r.<\/strong><\/span> Els <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>representants<\/strong> <\/span>de cada classe, un cop consensuada la norma a l&#8217;assemblea general,\u00a0 van <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">explicar la norma als seus companys i companyes.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>4t.<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vam fer diferents <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">tallers al llarg de tres dies per sensibilitzar a l&#8217;alumnat<\/span><\/strong>. (Taller musical: Se buscan valientes. Taller de crear el logotip del club dels valents i valentes.
