Els garrofers i les figueres s\u00f3n molt agra\u00efts de pujar. Tampoc cal pujar a dalt de la copa!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Fer una cabana amb sostre (no serveix un corralet) usant cordes, pedres, branques, potser teles\u2026: millora l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 espacial, la for\u00e7a muscular, la coordinaci\u00f3 de moviments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Dormir a l\u2019aire lliure o almenys dins de la cabana, ben a\u00efllats de la humitat del s\u00f2l i protegits amb mantes o sacs de dormir: s\u2019educa la capacitat de preveure, superar pors, organitzar-se.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Recollir herbes arom\u00e0tiques i fer col\u00f2nia, vinagretes o infusions: millora els sentits, s\u2019aprenen els noms de les plantes i s\u2019exercita la paci\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Parar la taula amb estil i harmonia i despr\u00e9s desparar-la: millora l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 espacial, el sentit de l\u2019est\u00e8tica i la responsabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Lluitar amb pinyes: un joc prou agressiu i divertit, que millora la punteria i exigeix bastant autocontrol.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Pescar capgrossos o granotes en una bassa, amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un ca\u00e7apapallones o similar: millora l\u2019observaci\u00f3, els reflexos i la motricitat fina. B\u00e9, tampoc cal torturar els animalets: s\u2019observen una estona i despr\u00e9s es deixen en llibertat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Trepitjar l\u2019herba descal\u00e7os: millora la circulaci\u00f3, el sentit del tacte i l\u2019atenci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 cal anar amb compte de no clavar-se una branqueta punxeguda o una pedreta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Fer-se el llit: millora moltes coses, per\u00f2 sobretot les cares de felicitat que posen la mare i el pare, cosa que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important i necess\u00e0ria a l\u2019<span class=\"il\">estiu<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Banyar-se en un llac o en un riu amb pedretes, bestioletes, algues, aigua gelada, la possibilitat d\u2019una serp\u2026 Res a veure amb la piscina: tot un exercici de superaci\u00f3 personal!.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Llegir un llibre perqu\u00e8 s\u00ed, perqu\u00e8 agrada, estirat sota un pi, escarxofat en un sof\u00e0, assegut en un gronxador: millora la imaginaci\u00f3, el llenguatge i l\u2019atenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Curar-se un mateix despr\u00e9s de pelar-se els genolls: netejar la ferida, posar-se un desinfectant, una tireta i seguir corrent: millora l\u2019autonomia i l\u2019optimisme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sortir a la nit amb una llanterna a ca\u00e7ar sorpreses: els ulls brillants d\u2019un gat, una cuca de llum, un gripau\u2026 millora la vista i ajuda a superar la por a la foscor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aprendre un joc de cartes en qu\u00e8 es perd, es guanya, se sumen o resten punts, hi ha estrat\u00e8gia o hi ha pura sort\u2026 Madura les relacions personals, la toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3, la mem\u00f2ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Dedicar un temps a omplir un quadern de vacances: per qu\u00e8 no? S\u00f3n bonics, donen idees, estimulen la mem\u00f2ria, enforteixen la concentraci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Fer la compra almenys algun dia, en lloc del pare o la mare. Estimula el c\u00e0lcul, la responsabilitat, les bones maneres\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Escriure una carta com les antigues d\u2019abans: amb paper i bol\u00edgraf, bona lletra, sense faltes ni guixades (caldr\u00e0 fer un esborrany abans), amb dibuixos, ficant-la en un sobre, enganxant un segell, buscant una b\u00fastia per enviar-la, pensant en la persona que la rebr\u00e0. Estimula l\u2019empatia, la bona lletra, l\u2019ortografia, la paci\u00e8ncia, l\u2019amabilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Modelar objectes amb fang del camp -Res de plastilina! \u2013 recollint la terra argilosa, filtrant, barrejant-la amb aigua, pastant-la al punt. Millora l\u2019observaci\u00f3, la motricitat, l\u2019expressi\u00f3 art\u00edstica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aixecar-se molt aviat per veure la sortida del sol, gravar un v\u00eddeo del moment m\u00e0gic\u2026 Millora la connexi\u00f3 amb la natura, l\u2019observaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Observar en silenci -aix\u00f2 \u00e9s molt important! \u2013 el cel estrellat, les fases de la lluna, identificar constel\u00b7lacions, veure caure les Perseides a l\u2019agost.
