{"id":34,"date":"2014-09-18T12:32:18","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T11:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceenostrasradelmar\/?page_id=34"},"modified":"2025-09-29T13:28:31","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T11:28:31","slug":"oferta-educativa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceenostrasradelmar\/lescola\/oferta-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Oferta educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>UNITATS D\u2019EDUCACI\u00d3 ESPECIAL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria i Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Grups d\u2019alumnes on es treballa el curr\u00edculum escolar a partir de les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques amb metodologia i recursos adaptats individualment i amb els suports professionals especialitzats necessaris.<\/p>\n<p>Es contemplen dues modalitats:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Escolaritat complerta en l\u2019escola.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Escolaritat compartida<\/strong><\/em>: uns dies de la setmana els alumnes estan a l\u2019escola ordin\u00e0ria i els altres a la d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial.<\/p>\n<p>Funcionament<br \/>\n&#8211; Es treballa a partir del Pla Individualitzat de l\u2019alumne consensuada pels dos centres.<br \/>\n&#8211; Coordinacions peri\u00f2diques amb el centre educatiu de l\u2019alumne per tal de fer el seguiment de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne i proporcionar suport als professionals implicats.<br \/>\n&#8211; Si es considera adient, s\u2019ofereix la possibilitat d\u2019organitzar, juntament amb el tutor, xerrades a les<br \/>\naules on estan escolaritzats aquests alumnes per tal d\u2019ajudar als companys a entendre les seves caracter\u00edstiques i millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia.<br \/>\n&#8211; Entrevistes amb les fam\u00edlies per treballar conjuntament la problem\u00e0tica i oferir suport i orientaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n&#8211; El alumnes es beneficien de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica, logop\u00e8dica i de fisioter\u00e0pia individual.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ensenyament postobligat\u00f2ri<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Alumnes fins a 20 anys.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Aula de desenvolupament de l&#8217;autonomia<\/strong><\/em>. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s potenciar les capacitats dels alumnes per viure dins els seu entorn familiar i social amb la major autonomia possible i amb relacions socials satisfact\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Programa de Diversificaci\u00f3 Curricular per a la Transici\u00f3 a la Vida Adulta<\/strong><\/em>. Alumnes que han finalitzat l\u2019escolaritat obligat\u00f2ria en escolaritat compartida, USEE o escola d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial i que requereixen un suport continuat i sistem\u00e0tic per adquirir les habilitats funcionals que els facilitin participar de la manera m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noma possible en els diversos contextos de la vida adulta. Sistema de treball per \u00e0mbits, amb una vessant pr\u00e0ctica de formaci\u00f3 pel mon laboral i la possibilitat d\u2019activitats fora del centre.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Programa de Formaci\u00f3 i Inserci\u00f3 Adaptat<\/strong><\/em>. Perfil professional: auxiliar de vivers i jardins. Formaci\u00f3 professional i assoliment dels h\u00e0bits b\u00e0sics necessaris per la integraci\u00f3 al mon laboral.<br \/>\nEs desenvolupa en dos cursos.<br \/>\nConsta:<br \/>\n1.- M\u00f2duls de Formaci\u00f3 Professional. Inclou 180 hores de formaci\u00f3 en centres de treball.<br \/>\n2.- M\u00f2duls de Formaci\u00f3 General.<br \/>\n3.- Tutories.<br \/>\nSi ho finalitzen satisfact\u00f2riament obtenen un certificat amb valor acad\u00e8mic.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>SERVEIS ESPECIALITZATS I SUPORT A LA INCLUSI\u00d3<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em><strong>Assessorament a l\u2019escola ordin\u00e0ria :<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Assessorament per part del professional del centre que s\u2019escaigui, als tutors o qualsevol altre professional de l\u2019escola ordin\u00e0ria que tingui alumnes amb necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitar eines i recursos per treballar-hi<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Xerrades a alumnes:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nOrganitzar, juntament amb el tutor, xerrades a les aules on hagi alumnes amb necessites educatives espec\u00edfiques per tal d\u2019ajudar als companys a entendre les seves caracter\u00edstiques i millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Relacions amb Serveis Externs i Fam\u00edlies:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es mantenen coordinacions peri\u00f2diques amb professionals del camp de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3, Salut Mental, Atenci\u00f3 a la Inf\u00e0ncia i Serveis Socials, per un seguiment el m\u00e9s extens i acurat possible de cada alumne.<\/p>\n<p>Es realitzen entrevistes amb les fam\u00edlies o tutors legals amb l\u2019assidu\u00eftat que calgui per poder treballar conjuntament al problem\u00e0tica de cada alumne i oferir suport i orientaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNITATS D\u2019EDUCACI\u00d3 ESPECIAL Educaci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria i Educaci\u00f3 Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria Grups d\u2019alumnes on es treballa el curr\u00edculum escolar a partir de les compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques amb metodologia i recursos adaptats individualment i amb els suports professionals especialitzats necessaris.
