Aquestes activitats ens ajuden a fer un treball de relaxaci\u00f3, autoconfian\u00e7a i gesti\u00f3 emocional. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, podem treballar per a la millora de la concentraci\u00f3 i l&#8217;atenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Ens permet fer un treball on s&#8217;impliquen els diferents sentits (olfacte, vista, gust, tacte i o\u00efda).
