La <strong>psicomotricitat<\/strong> parteix sobretot del moviment i el joc . Mitjan\u00e7ant aquests l\u2019infant s\u2019expressa i comunica a partir del seu cos, coneixent-se a s\u00ed mateix, els objectes i establint vincle amb els altres que el rodegen . Si vols la informaci\u00f3 ampliada <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XvyTiyfPAt400mb1w2u60OQYAWdY1_h8\/view?usp=drive_link\">clica a l&#8217;enlla\u00e7 del projecte de psicomotricitat.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quan \u00a0l\u2019infant juga desplega de forma espont\u00e0nia les\u00a0<b>aptituds f\u00edsiques<\/b>:\u00a0 equilibri, coordinaci\u00f3, for\u00e7a, elasticitat, regulaci\u00f3 del to muscular, equilibri..<\/p>\n<p>Les\u00a0<b>ps\u00edquiques<\/b>; atenci\u00f3, mem\u00f2ria, capacitat simb\u00f2lica, percepci\u00f3 i a nivell\u00a0<b>emocional\u00a0<\/b>els ajuda a resoldre conflictes, tensions i sentiments com el sentiment de\u00a0pertinen\u00e7a, la capacitat d\u2019autocontrol o l\u2019expressi\u00f3 de la frustraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">L\u2019Espai de joc \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un espai ideal per\u00a0<b>con\u00e8ixer l\u2019estat de l\u2019infant<\/b>, com es troba, que li interessa, quin \u00e9s el seu ritme , desig, neguit etc..aix\u00ed l\u2019observaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un element important partint de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>El moviment<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">. Com es mou, quins tipus de moviments fa\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>La relaci\u00f3 amb els objectes<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">. Quins utilitza, com els utilitza..<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>El nen i l\u2019espai.<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00a0Quin espai utilitza, si canvia sovint\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>El temps.<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00a0Com \u00e9s la seva relaci\u00f3 amb el temps, els ritmes, els diferents moments de la sessi\u00f3\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\"><b>Els altres.<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00a0Com es relaciona amb els altres, companys, adults\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La metodologia que utilitzo est\u00e0 basada en una la pr\u00e0ctica psicomotriu integrativa de la psicomotricitat relacional i les noves aportacions en neuroci\u00e8ncia de la integraci\u00f3 sensorial.<\/p>\n<p>A les sessions de psicomotricitat entra la sala la\u00a0<b>tutora o educadora referent<\/b>\u00a0i la\u00a0<b>mestra de psicomotricitat<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 dura una hora i s\u2019estrucutura de la seg\u00fcent manera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i><b>Ritual d\u2019entrada<\/b><\/i>: on \u00e9s dona lloc a la salutaci\u00f3 , cantem i ballem can\u00e7ons r\u00edtmiques i reconeixem i despertem les parts del cos.<\/li>\n<li><i><b>Proposta dirigida<\/b><\/i>\u00a0: en funci\u00f3 de les necessitats de cada grup: circuits estructurats, dansa, jocs motrius, contes vivenciats, propostes sensorials. Tamb\u00e9 espai pel plaf\u00f3 de comunicaci\u00f3 amb imatges.<\/li>\n<li><i><b>Expressi\u00f3 lliure:<\/b><\/i>.\u00a0Espai per a la viv\u00e8ncia globalitzada, el paper actiu i l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 de processos de l\u2019infant. L\u2019adult els proporciona seguretat, els acompanya en el seu joc, respectant el seus interessos i desitjos. El material que disposem a la sala el vaig canviant i introduint poc a poc .<\/li>\n<li><i><b>Representaci\u00f3\/ritual de sortida<\/b><\/i>\u00a0: espai per poder passar de l\u2019acci\u00f3 al pensament, per poder expressar i estructurar la sessi\u00f3 en una cloenda. Espai tamb\u00e9 per la relaxaci\u00f3 , el massatge i les activitats sensorials, la hist\u00f2ria de la sessi\u00f3 amb el carpes\u00e0 de fotografies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els objectius generals que treballo s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>OBJECTIUS GENERALS DE L\u2019ACTIVITAT DE PSICOMOTRICITAT.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer el propi cos i el dels altres, adonant-se de les seves possibilitats, i progressar en el seu domini, el moviment i la coordinaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assolir progressivament seguretat afectiva i benestar emocional, i anar-se formant una autoimatge positiva i una imatge positiva dels altres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anar adquirint autonomia en situacions quotidianes, resolent i superant nous reptes, de forma creativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observar i explorar l&#8217;entorn proper, natural, social i cultural, amb una actitud de curiositat, indagaci\u00f3 i respecte.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunicar-se i representar la realitat a trav\u00e9s de diferents llenguatges i formes d&#8217;expressi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gaudir i relacionar-se positivament amb els altres en igualtat, conviure en la diversitat i adquirir progressivament h\u00e0bits de conviv\u00e8ncia i relaci\u00f3 social.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les sessions les realitzen en petit grup o grup tutoria.<\/p>\n<p>Des de psicomotricitat es valora molt l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de la\u00a0<b>fisioterapeuta<\/b>\u00a0de l\u2019escola i partim d\u2019un treball coordinat.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix la fisioterapeuta interv\u00e9 i participa directament en algunes de les sessions de psicomotricitat assessorant a les tutores i fent un treball directe amb alumnes amb dificultat motriu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019EQUIP DE PSICOMOTRICITAT I EDUCACI\u00d3 F\u00cdSICA D&#8217;esquerra a dreta: Esther Veciana (ed. f\u00edsica) i Anna P\u00e9rez (psicomotricitat) A l\u2019escola realitzo la pr\u00e0ctica psicomotriu educativa.
