A la vegada, tamb\u00e9 incidim en el treball miofuncional. Utilitzem diferents sistemes de comunicaci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 de les capacitats dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Duem a terme un seguiment i registre dels alumnes que utilitzen SAAC\u00a0<\/strong>(Sistemes Alternatius i Augmentatius de la Comunicaci\u00f3). L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta tasca \u00e9s orientar els mestres tutors garantint la continu\u00eftat d\u2019aquest tipus de treball en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb aquests.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Els criteris que seguim a l\u2019hora de prioritzar<br \/>\nels alumnes seleccionats s\u00f3n:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 \u00a0<strong>Edat<\/strong>\u00a0. Prioritzem\u00a0 als Petits\u00a0 perqu\u00e8 estan en l\u2019etapa m\u00e9s permeable<br \/>\ni profitosa per l\u2019estructuraci\u00f3 del llenguatge. Aix\u00f2 no significa que no es<br \/>\ntreballi l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 i el seguiment fins a nivells m\u00e9s elevats.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00a0<strong>Estat maduratiu general de l\u2019alumne.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00a0<strong>Possibilitats d\u2019evoluci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00a0<strong>Necessitats individuals<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00a0<strong>Refor\u00e7ament.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9s general de la nostra intervenci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sessions d\u2019observaci\u00f3 inicial.<\/li>\n<li>Exploraci\u00f3 del llenguatge.<\/li>\n<li>Exploraci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria amb altres proves.<\/li>\n<li>Definici\u00f3 d\u2019objectius a assolir.<\/li>\n<li>Programaci\u00f3 de les pautes terap\u00e8utiques a seguir i<br \/>\nvaloraci\u00f3 del tractament individual\/grupal aix\u00ed com la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de les<br \/>\nsessions.<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolupament del programa.<\/li>\n<li>Seguiment i registre diari de les sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Seguiment del tractament per avaluar l\u2019evoluci\u00f3<br \/>\ndels objectius i l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 de les metodologies, introduint mesures correctores<br \/>\nsi s\u2019escauen.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluaci\u00f3 del tractament i realitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019informe,<br \/>\nfent un rep\u00e0s de tots els aspectes treballats i els objectius assolits.<br \/>\nValoraci\u00f3, reconsideraci\u00f3 del cas i pron\u00f2stic de cara al curs vinent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>COM ATENEM ALS ALUMNES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u2019atenci\u00f3 als alumnes la realitzem generalment en sessions individuals o per parelles, com una activitat complement\u00e0ria, dins de l\u2019aula de logop\u00e8dia.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La periodicitat sol \u00e9sser de 2\u00a0 o 3 sessions a la setmana, la qual hem establert en funci\u00f3 de les caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019alumne\/a i dels objectius de treball.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La durada de les sessions \u00e9s d\u2019uns 30 minuts, a excepci\u00f3 d\u2019alguns tractaments individuals que s\u2019amplien degut a les caracter\u00edstiques de l\u2019alumne.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tamb\u00e9 es realitzen sessions de logop\u00e8dia dins l\u2019aula de tutoria per tal d\u2019assessorar i fomentar la comunicaci\u00f3 i\/o el llenguatge a nivell grupal. La durada de les sessions \u00e9s<br \/>\nd\u2019una hora i la periodicitat setmanal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL TREBALL EN EQUIP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ens coordinem amb les tutores dels alumnes per tal de fer un treball conjunt i un seguiment de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 i de la generalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ens coordinem amb especialistes de fora del centre, sempre que \u00e9s possible, quan l\u2019alumne de logop\u00e8dia rep atenci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 fora del centre.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Les logopedes mantenim reunions per parlar dels alumnes atesos a logop\u00e8dia i de temes propis de la nostra especialitat.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Mantenim reunions peri\u00f2diques amb els pares, i estem a la seva disposici\u00f3 per parlar sempre que aquests o nosaltres ho creguem necessari.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Les logopedes estem en constant formaci\u00f3 permanent,<br \/>\nassistint a cursos i pon\u00e8ncies de la nostra especialitat<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019EQUIP DE LOGOPEDES &nbsp;
