Utilitzem molts materials per treballar la psicomotricitat del nostre cos i divertir-nos. Fem servir els elements vestibulars per prendre consci\u00e8ncia del nostre moviment i ens agrada molt. Tamb\u00e9 ens agrada treballar amb les diferents pilotes que hi ha i fer moltes activitats. A m\u00e9s, quan realitzem aquestes sessions treballem la concentraci\u00f3, el control del nostre cos i les habilitats motrius adaptades a cadasc\u00fa de nosaltres.
