{"id":1929,"date":"2020-06-15T12:33:22","date_gmt":"2020-06-15T10:33:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/?page_id=1929"},"modified":"2025-03-20T15:02:42","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T14:02:42","slug":"psicomotricitat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/projecte-educatiu\/sala-multi-sensorial\/psicomotricitat\/","title":{"rendered":"Psicomotricitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu696\/2025\/03\/1742395758022-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4242\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu696\/2025\/03\/1742395758022-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu696\/2025\/03\/1742395758022-1.jpg 480w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu696\/2025\/03\/1742395758022-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceeelnus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu696\/2025\/03\/1742395758022-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguint el curr\u00edculum de la generalitat de Catalunya, l&#8217;ensenyament aprenentatge de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica ha de fomentar-se en l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 <\/span><b>dels coneixements, habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies relacionades amb el cos i la seva activitat motriu que contribueixin al desenvolupament integral de la persona i la millora de la seva qualitat de vida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;\u00e0rea es fonamenta en quatre dimensions b\u00e0siques:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dimensi\u00f3 activitat f\u00edsica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DImensi\u00f3 h\u00e0bits saludables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dimensi\u00f3 expressi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 corporal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dimensi\u00f3 joc motriu i temps de lleure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, tenint en compte les edats i caracter\u00edstiques dels alumnes (infantil, prim\u00e0ria, ESO, PTVA), es valora que els grups realitzen les classes seguint els objectius de l&#8217;\u00e0rea curricular d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica a prim\u00e0ria i de psicomotricitat a infantil, adaptada a cada grup i a les necessitats dels alumnes que el formen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pr\u00e0ctica psicomotriu busca afavorir els processos maduratius dels alumnes des de la seva expressivitat motriu (cos, moviment, gest i acci\u00f3). A trav\u00e9s del joc ser\u00e0 com l&#8217;alumne realitzar\u00e0 el seu aprenentatge, l&#8217;adult ha de promoure les situacions de plaer motriu, diversi\u00f3 i experimentaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tant, es plantegen uns objectius b\u00e0sics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afavorir l&#8217;autoestima de l&#8217;alumne, acceptar-se des del coneixement corporal i les possibilitats motrius.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentir el plaer, l&#8217;alumne ha de ser capa\u00e7 de recon\u00e8ixer el plaer pel moviment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupar la comunicaci\u00f3, estimular el di\u00e0leg, escoltar i compartir amb l&#8217;altre i adequar-se a les seves necessitats (gest, SPC, paraula&#8230;).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potenciar la creaci\u00f3 dels alumnes, tots transformem o modifiquem l&#8217;entorn, els alumnes tindran un espai per modificar, construir i transformar el seu entorn immediat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desenvolupar la capacitat simb\u00f2lica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El que es pret\u00e9n <\/span><b>durant les sessions de psicomotricitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s afavorir el moviment corporal per facilitar la relaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 dels alumnes amb el seu entorn immediat, tot buscant que l&#8217;alumne visqui i senti el cos com una realitat global. \u00c9s important treballar la capacitat sensitiva, perceptiva, representativa o simb\u00f2lica i la comunicaci\u00f3 i el llenguatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El que es pret\u00e9n <\/span><b>durant les sessions d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9s afavorir el moviment corporal per facilitar la relaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 dels alumnes amb el seu entorn immediat.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer, acceptar i valorar el propi cos i l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica com a mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;exploraci\u00f3 per l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoimatge, l&#8217;autoestima i l&#8217;autoconfian\u00e7a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apreciar els efectes beneficiosos envers la salut de l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic i de l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits higi\u00e8nics, alimentaris i posturals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilitzar el coneixement del propi cos, les capacitats f\u00edsiques i les habilitats motrius per resoldre i adaptar el moviment a les necessitats o circumst\u00e0ncies de cada situaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seleccionar i <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aplicar de forma efica\u00e7 i aut\u00f2noma, principis i regles per resoldre problemes motors en la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en jocs com a element d&#8217;aproximaci\u00f3 als altres, seleccionant les accions i <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">controlant l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 de les mateixes, pr\u00e8via valoraci\u00f3 de les pr\u00f2pies possibilitats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular l&#8217;esfor\u00e7, assolint un nivell d&#8217;autoexig\u00e8ncia d&#8217;acord amb les pr\u00f2pies possibilitats i les caracter\u00edstiques de la tasca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explorar les possibilitats i recursos expressius del propi cos per comunicar sensacions, emocions i idees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compartir i gaudir de l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic i de l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 i comunicaci\u00f3 corporal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">activitats f\u00edsiques compartint projectes, establint relacions de cooperaci\u00f3 per assolir objectius comuns sense discriminacions, per mitj\u00e0 de la participaci\u00f3 solid\u00e0ria, tolerant, responsable i respectuosa i resolent els conflictes mitjan\u00e7ant el di\u00e0leg.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con\u00e8ixer i valorar la diversitat d&#8217;activitats f\u00edsiques, l\u00fadiques i esportives com a elements propis de la cultura.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les sessions es podran dur a terme tant al gimn\u00e0s del centre com al pati o als entorns inmediats com parcs, instal\u00b7lacions p\u00fabliques, etc&#8230;<a
