PERM\u00cdS PER SENTIR-NOS!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Com seria la vida si no tingu\u00e9ssim la capacitat de regular les nostres emocions?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Com podr\u00edem fer perqu\u00e8 millores el clima emocional de l\u2019aula?<\/strong><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vT7fEG27FFImxxfYTTBiSSdIarm3IlA3u1DYUvoHlFzxVom-DvAVVJezAjXg1zo52lqa50LfwBpZQjP\/embed?start=true&amp;loop=false&amp;delayms=3000\" width=\"480\" height=\"299\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del Grup 15 hem fet un aprenentatge per anar coneixent com funcionem internament, davant situacions que ens desborden emocionalment; i poder-nos aclarir i trobar paraules per expressar i comprendre\u2019ns, amb peticions i estrat\u00e8gies per entendre\u2019ns i tenir recursos\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem utilitzat una eina molt potent, que es diu MEDIADOR EMOCIONAL, utilitzat per la universitat americana Yale, a trav\u00e9s del seu programa Ruler de Marc Brackett.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un enfoc d&#8217;aprenentatge emocional per crear un clima emocional positiu i millorar la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mediador emocional \u00e9s un gr\u00e0fic de distribueix les emocions en 4 quadrants segons 2 variables: nivell d\u2019energia o nivell de satisfacci\u00f3.\u00a0 Ens dona molta informaci\u00f3 sobre el nostra m\u00f3n emocional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emocions son formes d\u2019informaci\u00f3 important, aporten sentit de la finalitat i motiven a actuar. Fonamenten les nostres decisions vitals, la nostra atenci\u00f3,\u00a0 la nostra creativitat i les nostres relacions socials. Afecten a la salut i al rendiment. Determinen el nostre benestar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emocions desagradables (por, r\u00e0bia, vergonya, culpa, tristesa&#8230;) tenen una funci\u00f3 constructiva. Son una petici\u00f3 d\u2019ajuda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per aquest fet he treballat 5 habilitats per relacionar-nos millor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1era habilitat. RECON\u00c8IXER.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La base de totes les relacions humanes es base amb la lectura de l\u2019expressi\u00f3 facial. El to de veu envia un missatge inconfusible per saber l\u2019estat emocionals dels altres. La lectura encertada de les senyals no verbals. (expressions facials, tons de veu i llenguatge corporal) fan possible la interacci\u00f3 social m\u00e9s agradable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>2n habilitat. COMPRENDRE<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong> Saber la causa. Ajuda a canviar el punt de vista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3er habilitat.DESCRIURE.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posar-li un nom a l\u2019emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s una forma de autoregulaci\u00f3. Quan els nombrem, comencem a posseir la seva for\u00e7a. Posar nom a les nostres emocions: redueix el nostra malestar. Millora l\u2019autoconsci\u00e8ncia i ajuda a comunicar m\u00e9s efica\u00e7ment el que necessitem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajuda a con\u00e8ixer les nostres necessitats i la dels altres. Ens vincula amb la resta del m\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4rt habilitat. EXPRESSAR<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Com i quan depenen els contextos i persones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>5\u00e8 habilitat. REGULAR<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Ajudar a modificar les reaccions emocionals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenim moltes estrat\u00e8gies per autoregular-nos o amb relaci\u00f3 corregular-nos.
