style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FUNCIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019acord amb les l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats dels centres p\u00fablics d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil, prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria i adults es concreten en els aspectes seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en la sensibilitzaci\u00f3, promoci\u00f3, consolidaci\u00f3 i l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana com a eix d\u2019un projecte pluriling\u00fce.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament i suport als professors en tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge de la llengua al llarg de les diferents etapes de manera integrada amb els continguts curriculars, utilitzant metodologies inclusives i coeducatives per aconseguir l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de tots els alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019impuls, l\u2019assessorament, la formaci\u00f3 i el suport als plans i projectes del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 relacionats amb l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la llengua, la interculturalitat i la cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament als centres educatius en la gesti\u00f3 de la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica dels alumnes en el marc curricular i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, seguiment i coher\u00e8ncia metodol\u00f2gica de les classes extraescolars de lleng\u00fces de la nova ciutadania impulsades i\/o gestionades des del Departament.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament als centres educatius en la gesti\u00f3 dels usos ling\u00fc\u00edstics per tal que aquests s\u2019ajustin als objectius pedag\u00f2gics fixats i a la normativa vigent.<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i assessorament en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 del projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic pluriling\u00fce, del pla d\u2019acollida i del projecte de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament, formaci\u00f3 i suport al professorat sobre l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, orientaci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica i emocional en l\u2019acollida de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut al centre, a l\u2019aula i a l\u2019aula d\u2019acollida, i en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels plans individuals d\u2019aquests alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament, formaci\u00f3 i suport als professors sobre l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, orientaci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica i emocional del suport ling\u00fc\u00edstic i social als alumnes d\u2019origen estranger.<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en la formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat sobre metodologies i recursos, i l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 de criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 en els \u00e0mbits de la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en la sensibilitzaci\u00f3, promoci\u00f3 i consolidaci\u00f3 de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament sobre el respecte a la diversitat de creences als centres educatius.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament als professors en els aspectes d\u2019integraci\u00f3 i relaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut i\/o amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 i la cura pel seu \u00e8xit educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>La promoci\u00f3 de la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019alumnat nouvingut i\/o amb risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 en el proc\u00e9s educatiu dels seus fills i filles.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament, dinamitzaci\u00f3 i suport t\u00e8cnic a la gesti\u00f3 del treball en xarxa entre els agents educatius del municipi o zona.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019assessorament i dinamitzaci\u00f3 dels i als plans educatius d\u2019entorn, vetllant pels principis d\u2019\u00fas de la llengua catalana, l\u2019equitat, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 intercultural, la cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<li>La dinamitzaci\u00f3 i promoci\u00f3 de la connexi\u00f3 entre els diferents espais i temps educatius de l\u2019\u00e0mbit formal i no formal de la zona.<\/li>\n<li>La promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019acc\u00e9s de tot l\u2019alumnat a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 no formal, com un element estrat\u00e8gic d\u2019equitat i d\u2019igualtat d\u2019oportunitats.<\/li>\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 en el Projecte de promoci\u00f3 escolar del poble gitano per reduir l\u2019absentisme de l\u2019alumnat gitano, la seva promoci\u00f3, i la visualitzaci\u00f3 de la cultura gitana en els centres i en el curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 al <a
