La seva tasca combina l&#8217;acompanyament directe als alumnes amb el suport t\u00e8cnic i pedag\u00f2gic als equips docents del centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Observaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumne i del context educatiu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analitzar com l\u2019alumne utilitza la visi\u00f3 en diferents situacions del dia a dia escolar (aula, pati, activitats funcionals\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detectar necessitats espec\u00edfiques d\u2019acc\u00e9s al curr\u00edculum, mobilitat i autonomia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avaluar elements de l\u2019entorn que poden afavorir o dificultar l\u2019\u00fas funcional de la visi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;2. Assessorament al professorat del centre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una part essencial de la nostra funci\u00f3 \u00e9s <strong>acompanyar i capacitar els mestres del centre<\/strong>, donant-los eines concretes perqu\u00e8 puguin implementar-les de manera aut\u00f2noma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 inclou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explicar com la discapacitat visual afecta l\u2019aprenentatge, la mobilitat i la participaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposar estrat\u00e8gies per adaptar metodologies, rutines i espais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajudar a interpretar conductes que poden estar relacionades amb la percepci\u00f3 visual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El nostre paper no \u00e9s substituir el mestre d\u2019aula, sin\u00f3 <strong>guiar-lo<\/strong>, oferir-li suport expert i facilitar-li recursos que pugui aplicar directament amb l\u2019alumne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Proposta i creaci\u00f3 d\u2019adaptacions i suports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recomanar i\/o elaborar materials adaptats: contrastos, ampliacions, relleus, etiquetatge t\u00e0ctil, guies visuals\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposar ajustos ambientals: il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3 de mobiliari, eliminaci\u00f3 de barreres visuals o f\u00edsiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avaluar i orientar sobre l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019ajudes t\u00e8cniques: lupes, filtres, monoculars, tecnologia accessible, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;4. Avaluaci\u00f3 de la funcionalitat visual<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valorar la visi\u00f3 funcional de manera continuada per detectar canvis, regressions o necessitats emergents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpretar informes oftalmol\u00f2gics i traduir-los en implicacions pedag\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compartir conclusions de manera entenedora amb el centre i la fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;5. Planificaci\u00f3 i seguiment dels objectius<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participar en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 dels documents de suport (PI, ACI, plans de treball\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposar objectius espec\u00edfics relacionats amb:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Habilitats visuals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomia personal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orientaci\u00f3 i mobilitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acc\u00e9s al curr\u00edculum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fer un seguiment constant i registrar progressos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;6. Treball d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i mobilitat (si pertoca)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acompanyar l\u2019alumne en despla\u00e7aments pel centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensenyar rutes segures i estrat\u00e8gies per moure\u2019s de manera m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar amb especialistes en orientaci\u00f3 i mobilitat quan calgui.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>7. Coordinaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019equip multidisciplinari<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treballar conjuntament amb psic\u00f2legs, fisioterapeutes, logopedes, tutors i altres especialistes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compartir informaci\u00f3 rellevant i assegurar coher\u00e8ncia educativa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participar en reunions, valoracions i sessions de coordinaci\u00f3 amb el centre i la fam\u00edlia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.
