El divendres 6 de juny s’ha celebrat el Dia del Corder (Eid al-Adha)<\/strong> en la comunitat musulmana. Per poder entendre aquesta festa cultural i religiosa, apostem per promoure el respecte i comprensi\u00f3 entre diferents comunitats. I per aix\u00f2 des del centre tamb\u00e9 ho hem volgut celebrar.<\/p>\n

Els alumnes del taller d’hostaleria han tingut l’oportunitat de cuinar carn de corder a la brasa.\u00a0<\/span>Durant el mat\u00ed, els joves han preparat la carn, les patates, l’escalivada i la ceba confitada, seguint les t\u00e8cniques apreses al taller.<\/span> Aquesta activitat no nom\u00e9s ha servit per aprofundir en les seves habilitats culin\u00e0ries, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per entendre la import\u00e0ncia de les tradicions gastron\u00f2miques i la seva aplicaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica.<\/span><\/p>\n

A l’hora de dinar, els joves han pogut gaudir d’aquest \u00e0pat a les unitats educatives, creant un ambient de conviv\u00e8ncia i aprenentatge compartit entre tots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
