Han de sentir plaer per la lectura, han de saber escoltar i empatitzar amb els infants. Cal que tinguin una actitud oberta per aprendre noves t\u00e8cniques d\u2019acompanyament a la lectura i ser creatius. Han de tenir disponibilitat hor\u00e0ria per comprometre\u2019s un dia a la setmana durant 1 hora, al llarg de tot el curs escolar.
