impulsant la utilitzaci\u00f3 de les TIC per potenciar la comunicaci\u00f3 dels alumnes amb els seus companys\/es mitjan\u00e7ant el correu electr\u00f2nic i Internet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <strong>Ajudar a entendre la malaltia i l\u2019entorn hospitalari<\/strong>: facilitant i compartint informaci\u00f3 sobre les malalties i el seu tractament; identificant els elements m\u00e9s rellevants de l\u2019hospital i el seu funcionament; donant l\u2019oportunitat als infants i joves de compartir les seves pors i\/o angoixes vers la malaltia i la seva situaci\u00f3; col\u00b7laborant com a escola de totes les propostes que sorgeixen de l\u2019hospital; creant un clima de confian\u00e7a i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el personal del a planta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-322 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/blocs.xtec.cat\/aulahospitalariagtp2010\/files\/2010\/11\/p1000744-1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"p1000744-1-150x150\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>\u2013 <strong>Donar suport a l\u2019alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies en aspectes afectius i emocionals<\/strong>: ajudant a les fam\u00edlies a intervenir positivament davant la malaltia per mitj\u00e0 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i l\u2019escola; fent de nexe d\u2019uni\u00f3 entre els dos \u00e0mbits educatius: l\u2019aula hospital\u00e0ria i l\u2019escola d\u2019origen (i si cal, el mestre d\u2019atenci\u00f3 domicili\u00e0ria); fent participar als pares, mares i familiars en la tasca educativa i especialment l\u00fadica de l\u2019aula;
