Last week, pupils from 4rth, 5th and 6th grade went to the theatre in Solsona to watch a theatre play in English called “Billy Banjo”.
The play deals with a cowboy called, Billy Banjo. He lives with his wife Kate. Billy likes to play his banjo, but Billy doesn’t like to work hard and his wife is fed up. In this play, Billy Banjo will realize that everything in life involves an effort. He will learn how important is effort to achieve our goals.
The theatre company is from England and the actors are from London and Edimburgh. English teachers from ZER think that it is very positive for our pupils to be in contact with English native speakers. Also, it is a great opportunity to improve this language.
