VIDEOCONFERENCE

On Tuesday 21st February, our students from 2ESOA took part in a videoconference with two other schools: one in Gornja Stubica (Croatia), the other in Smardzewice (Poland). This activity is part of an eTwinning Project called Less Face, more Book, which has as its main goal to encourage teens to read and use ICTs in order to talk about, review and share information of the books they read.

The theme of the videoconference was the International Mother Language Day. All three schools prepared an oral presentation of their mother languages (Spanish and Catalan for our students), Polish and Croatian, providing details such as the origins of the languages, number of speakers, curious facts (Polish has 17 forms for the number 2), daily expressions, proverbs and tongue twisters.

All the documents and presentations will be shortly available on TwinSpace.
