Our teachers Marta Vilella and Montse Vilardell have collaborated this week with the project “We travel to the space”. Children from 5th B level have elaborated two beautiful wall charts that summarize the work they have done in English and Music subjects. It is just an example of all their effort.
Students have learned the names and main characteristics of the planets in English and have prepared some questions for a videoconference with UCLA University. Finally, they have designed the Solar System representation that appears in the wall charts.
In Music, they have been listening to the symphony “The Planets” by Gustav Holst and have learned about the biography of this composer.

Aquesta setmana, les nostres professores Marta Vilella i Montse Vilardell han col·laborat amb el projecte “Viatgem per l’espai”. Els nens de 5è B han elaborat dos preciosos murals que resumeixen el treball que els alumnes de 5è B han fet a les assignatures d’Anglès i Música. És només una mostra de tot el seu esforç.
Els alumnes han aprés els noms i les principals característiques dels planetes en anglès i han preparat preguntes per a la videoconferència amb la Universitat de “UCLA”. Finalment, han dissenyat la representació del Sistema Solar que apareix al mural.
A Música han estat escoltant la sinfonia “Els planetes” de Gustav Holst i han estudiat la biografia d’aquest compositor.
